Brands now have a direct line to your Facebook page

Meta rebuilt its creator marketing tools this month, and Facebook pages are now part of the search brands run when they look for partners.

Meta launched its Creator Marketing Hub at IAB’s first Global Creator Week this month. It folds two older tools, Creator Marketplace and the Partnership Ads Hub, into one place where brands find creators, message them and turn their posts into paid partnership ads.

The part Facebook publishers should care about sits under the hood. Meta added Facebook creators to its Creator Marketplace API, which until now covered only Instagram. Third-party creator platforms and agencies plug into this API when they search for partners, and one integration now returns Facebook pages alongside Instagram accounts, with keyword search, organic performance insights and a flag showing which posts are ready to run as ads.

For a page already earning from Content Monetization, this is a separate income stream. A partnership ad runs under your page name and the brand’s name, with the brand’s budget behind your content. Meta hasn’t set a rate card or a commission, so the terms stay between you and the brand. Brands spent $37 billion on creator advertising in 2025, according to IAB, and Meta built this hub to pull more of it onto its apps.

Originality decides who gets found. Meta has spent this year rewarding original content on Facebook with more reach and monetization, and pushing unoriginal and copycat content down. The hub’s discovery tools recommend top-performing organic posts to brands and show them a page’s organic insights. The more original your content, the more reach it earns, and the more often your page lands in front of a brand looking for partners.

Live video is part of it too. Brands already sponsor creators’ Facebook Lives as partnership ads, and starting tomorrow, September 29, the same format opens on Instagram.

What we’d do this week:

1. Make sure your page is discoverable. Meta’s developer documentation says creators have to opt in to data sharing before brands see them in search.

2. Decide which posts you’d license. The hub tracks permissions post by post with expiry dates, and it lets brands strip copyrighted music and stickers before running a post as an ad. Know your terms before a brand asks.

3. Have your numbers ready. Brands will ask for reach and engagement by post. Pull your top original performers from the last 90 days now.

Meta is rolling these features out through the rest of 2026, and what a brand sees depends on its country and ad account. Either way, it’s one more way to diversify your income streams without changing what you post.
